Learn how to upgrade from your free trial to a paid LLeMental plan to continue generating AI-powered presentations without interruption.

Upgrade LLeMental account to paid plan for unlimited AI presentation generation

Upgrading your LLeMental account increases your available AI credits and unlocks additional platform capabilities such as expanded template capacity and priority support.

New accounts begin with a free trial that includes 50,000 AI credits. Each time you generate a presentation or document, credits are used. Credit usage depends on the size of the presentation (slides) as well as the amount of supporting content provided to generate the presentation.

When you’re ready for higher usage limits, you can upgrade your plan in just a few clicks.

All payments and subscription management are handled securely through Stripe.

You can upgrade your account one of two ways:

Upgrade from the Platform Homepage

The fastest way to upgrade is directly from the LLeMental platform homepage interface.

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Log into the LLeMental platform
  2. In the left sidebar, click the Subscription Tier section at the bottom
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want in the popup
  4. You will be redirected to the secure Stripe billing portal to complete payment

Once your payment is confirmed, your account will immediately reflect the new subscription tier.

Upgrade from Account Settings

You can also upgrade from your profile settings.

To upgrade through settings:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform
  2. Select Settings
  3. Open the Subscription section
  4. Complete the upgrade through the secure Stripe billing portal

What Changes When You Upgrade

Upgrading your plan increases your available platform resources and support level.

Depending on the tier selected, upgrades may include:

  • Higher monthly AI credit allowances
  • Expanded template capacity
  • Priority support options
  • Access to organization-level features for Business plans

Your existing templates and projects remain unchanged after upgrading.

LLeMental uses Stripe for all payment processing, ensuring enterprise-grade security for your financial information.

Your payment details are never stored on LLeMental’s servers - all transactions are handled directly through Stripe’s secure infrastructure.

User Tier

Designed for individual contributors and solo workflows.

Includes:

  • 500,000 AI credits per month
  • Up to 5 template uploads
  • Standard support options

Plus Tier

Designed for higher-volume workflows and larger template libraries.

Includes:

  • 2,000,000 AI credits per month
  • Unlimited template uploads
  • Personalized onboarding
  • Priority support

Business Tier

Designed for organizations deploying LLeMental across teams.

Includes:

  • Custom usage plans
  • Admin tooling and visibility
  • Custom integration options
  • Dedicated support channels
  • Early access to new features
