The Organization system allows businesses to collaborate inside the platform by sharing templates, projects, and generated documents with controlled permissions.
Organizations make it easy for teams to work together while maintaining security, version control, and consistent outputs.
What is an Organization?
An Organization is a shared workspace where multiple users can collaborate.
Within an organization, members can:
- Access shared templates
- Generate documents using team templates
- Collaborate on projects
- Maintain consistent outputs across the team
- Control who can view, edit, or manage resources
Organizations are ideal for:
- Marketing agencies

Users can belong to multiple organizations, allowing consultants or contractors to work across different teams.
Creating an Organization
To create a new organization:
- Open Settings
- Navigate to Admin
- Select Create Organization
- Enter your organization name
- Save your changes
Once created, you become the Owner of the organization and can invite teammates.
Inviting Team Members
You can invite users directly from the Admin → Organization page.
To invite a teammate:
- Enter their email address
- Choose a role
- Set the invite expiration period
- Click Send Invite
The user will receive an invitation link to join the organization.
Pending invites appear in the Pending Invites table until accepted.
Organization Roles & Permissions
LLeMental supports several permission levels to control access.
Owner
Full control over the organization.
Owners can:
- Manage organization settings
- Invite or remove users
- Change member permissions
- Access all templates and projects
- Delete the organization
Each organization must have at least one owner.
Admin
Admins help manage the organization.
Admins can:
- Invite or remove members
- Manage templates and projects
- Update team assets
- Maintain workflows
Admins cannot delete the organization or remove the owner.
Member
Members are standard team users.
Members can:
- Access shared templates
- Generate documents
- Work within projects
- Contribute to team workflows
Members cannot manage organization permissions.
Viewer
Viewers have read-only access.
Viewers can:
- View templates
- Review generated documents
- Monitor workflows
They cannot edit or generate documents.
